DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife is 11 weeks pregnant now. At this location, not one blood test, urinalysis or anything other than an ultrasound was done. My wife was having pain and pink/reddish discoloration in her urine. The doctor dismissed this and said it was fine and sent us back to the ultrasound room. The tech found debris in my wife's bladder and sent us back to the doctor. Dr Mathison handed her a piece of paper to read and walked out (Which by the way, was a print out from a website not edited since 2016!!!). Instead of explaining to us what may be happening, we had to come to our own conclusion by reading a paper. She came back in and said "any questions?" We are expected to come up with questions without any explanation like we are the doctors? My step sister had almost the same exa
I would not give them a single star if possible. Went with my daughter for her appointment mid November when she was close to 28 weeks pregnant with her first pregnancy. She is 29 years old and went to this appointment with her because she was nervous about the glucose test and having some blood pressure issues. Walked into a somber setting with little to no interaction with the staff behind the desk. The lab tech was a miserable soul. My daughter was nervous for the glucose screening. The lab technician wearing her mask- gave zero support and offered nothing but a negative attitude. Ultrasound tech was a bit more interactive with my daughter during her visit- but it was obvious there was not any excitement or ability to be personal with her patients. But the real KICKER was Dr. Math
I am genuinely sad to even write this, because three years ago my experience with this practice was completely different. I received excellent care during my last pregnancy, which is exactly why I chose to return to them the moment I found out I was pregnant again. Unfortunately, the level of compassion and support I once felt is no longer present. My first hurtful experience this time around was during a chemical pregnancy. I reached out scared and confused, hoping for clarity or at least compassion. Instead, I received a message from my doctor — the same doctor who delivered my last child — saying, “I don’t know why your at home tests showed positive because your bloodwork came back negative for pregnancy.” No empathy. No “sorry for your loss.”. No explanation. No acknowledgment that so
Y’all I could go into so much detail about how terrible most of the workers are at this place, but I already tried to type it out and I’m sure no one wants to read a book right now. If this is truly your only option, Dr Grey Sr, and one young office lady upstairs, Ms Melody and the only office worker downstairs are the only decent people in this building(and they actually do so good at their job). And the older woman who does the pregnancy study is really nice too we made nice conversation when she took my blood a couple times. The other doctors are literally just mean, they ignore your concerns, they are rough without warning, and at one point I experienced them violate my hippa rights(I swear). Kind of unbelievable that it’s 2025 and even the woman doctors are so horrible. You’d think th
Was supposed to have my first OB appointment today was very excited and drive from North Carolina for my appointment that was supposed to be at 9 AM. Got there and checked in at 8:51 and still was not seen by 940. I went and asked the front desk and they acted like they didn’t know who I was or why I was there, they struggled to find my appointment and then once they finally did, they said I would be seeing another doctor because things are behind and then I proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes to just never be seen well well other women are being called back every three minutes and I’m sitting there watching people come and go from their appointments. super disappointing for a first time mom that’s excited and nervous all in one and just wanted some reassurance from a doctor.
