Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, I can now squat pain-free and my knee feels stronger than ever. Michelle tailored a plan that worked perfectly for me, pushing me just enough while ensuring a safe recovery. Highly recommend her and her team. They are the best!

I absolutely love, love, LOVE this physical therapy office. I have been to quite a few and none of them were a match to Virginia Beach Physical Therapy and Wellness. From the receptionist, to the techs and Doctors, they are all absolutely amazing! The standard and quality of care is consistently excellent. The vibe is chill where the focus is on you and your health. After a couple of sessions, I got my mom to start coming. She was amazed by how knowledgeable and helpful everyone is; and told me this is the first time she ever felt heard in a clinical setting. I truly thank everyone at this center because she is getting taken seriously and care of. If you are in need of physical therapy this is the place for you!! An easy 5/5; I would give higher if I could.
