Dr. Dawson is an excellent primary care doctor. He's friendly. He answers all my questions. He's experienced and clearly knows about current medical research. I highly recommend him!

Our eldest daughter is profoundly disabled. She will always require 24/7 care. A few years ago, her physical therapist referred us to Dr. Dawson based on his experience in his PT practice. In our several visits with Dr. Dawson, we have always felt that our girl has his total focus. He takes the time to thoroughly examine whatever issue is present. The appointment doesn't end until all our concerns have been addressed and fully discussed. Raising our girl has been the challenge of our lives. Finding truly caring, committed, medical professionals, like Dr. Dawson and the rest of the staff at UCF Health, makes our job so much easier.

Dr. Dawson is an exceptional primary care physician. I’ve been his patient at UCF Health for three years, and every visit with him has been consistently excellent. I have great confidence in his skills and knowledge. He is methodical and checks that I’ve kept appointments with the specialists he recommends. He is easy to talk with. Using layman’s terms, he reviews the specialists' findings, my blood test results, my prescriptions, and my general health with me so I understand the impact on my health. He asks probing questions about my health and listens carefully to my answers. He is patient when answering my questions, and his answers show that he is up to date on the latest medical findings. The reason for my review, I am driving for 1h hour to drop of my sister at the appointment, 15 minutes before my appointment i called the office, I said mom m' i late for 5 minutes she said ok, after 1 minutes late she said no no you cannot see the doctor you suppose to reschedule the appointment, or the hwy is very busy, no is not fair. I cannot recommend the doctor because the staff not qualified for the job.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dawson for over 27 years seamlessly. Both in his Altamonte and Longwood locations before he joined the Faculty at UCF. He has guided me through several complicated medical conditions with great expertise.
