Where do I begin? Never seen an outfit like this. Convinced their objective is to make as much money as they can before they are shut down. Almost 3 hours for my appointment. Waiting room is so packed that people have to wait outside their office. You would thing that the reason is because the Dr. Is good, I doubt that’s the case, They simply don’t care how long you have to wait. While you wait, all you hear is people complaining. Most people there don’t realize they have a choice to go somewhere else. No matter how many bad reviews you read about them, you have to see it for yourself.

They are very unorganized & unprofessional . The Doctor and his wife, the NP, do not listen to you, you have to wait at least 2 hours or more just to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, due to over booking. If having a colonoscopy , Dr Gupta will have every single one of his patients arrive to the facility at 5:30a just to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room before finally getting the colonoscopy done. I was given medication that made my symptoms worse and if I was listened to correctly, I would not have been given those medications from the start.

The doctor's office I visited was shockingly disorganized. Their failure to communicate properly about visit requirements forced me into numerous unnecessary trips. The place is excessively crowded, and they seem to believe they have a monopoly, which is simply baffling. The staff's unprofessionalism, particularly their abysmal communication skills, made it the worst experience I've ever had. While they were busy bombarding me with unnecessary text reminders and incessant calls about appointments, they failed miserably at ensuring everything necessary for the appointment was efficiently arranged – referrals, updates, or any other requirements. Every single time I come here , I spend at least 4 hours. I arrive the time they ask me to but then I have to wait 2 hours to get seen. Then you have to wait out in the room again just to even get checked out. It’s ridiculous They’re overbooking way too much!!! There’s no seats. Most people have to stand the duration of time. Looking for a new doctor. Dr Gupta only spend a few minutes with you in the office and the scheduling call center is ridiculous too. They never get stuff right. My last appointment was canceled right before my visit because they did not inform me that my current referral was expired BEFORE my visit. I contacted my primary doctor to inquire about the referral and they said dr Gupta office never even sent a request for one when they told me they have WEEKS ago. Ther
