Dr Nickjoo and his staff are reliable, knowledgeable and provide the best care. Anytime I visit they exceed my expectations. The clinic is pristine and updated. VIP Urgent care is truly the best in the valley. Nickjoo is amicable, patient and highly intelligent. Truly recommend if you or your family desire the best care.

The care quality that this urgent care provides is beyond words. I loved how Dr. Nikjoo really cared and took his time to examine my allergy. The staff was amazing and helpful. I love that he also does laser tattoo removal too. This place will definitely be my number one place to go to. Definitely recommend.

I just visited VIP Persian Care in Tarzana, and I had a wonderful experience. All the staff members were great. I want to give a special thank-you to Todd for helping and assisting me. It was very pleasant talking to him — he was polite, gentle, thoughtful, caring, loving, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He truly made me feel better. visited VIP Urgent Care (Ventura Blvd) for evaluation of a burn that had developed a new red streak extending away from the wound along with increasing tenderness. The streak had not been present the day before, which was concerning to me. The medical assistant who initially took my vitals looked at my arm and immediately stated that it looked infected. When the nurse practitioner (Im Kim, NP) evaluated me, I clearly showed her the visible red line and explained that it was newly developed and tender. She acknowledged the line, touched the area, asked if it was tender (which I confirmed), but stated that infection cannot come from a burn. She suggested aloe vera and possibly a topical antibiotic cream. When I asked if she was sure it was not infected, she told me that infection would hav

I had an incident on 12/31/26. My left knee was terribly swollen and hurting so I went there for x-ray. The guy( Real doctor?) diagnosed me no fractures neither bone broken. Almost 3weeks my knee was still swollen and hurting so I went to Kaiser hospital yesterday. Another x-ray,Doctor diagnosed fracture on my knee. The guy at Urgent care told me and letting me down that I have mild osteoarthritis but gravity. Gravity…at your age Kaiser doctor told me that ah your osteoarthritis is very mild like nothing Don’t worry that’s almost everybody has. Wrong diagnosis. Bad way for examination I waited for 3weeks bending my knee in daily routine I recommend to people who want to go there should not go there. 1star is for technician
