VIP Urgent Care

VIP Urgent Care is terrible! My daughter broke her foot in 3 places and could not put any weight on it. The doctor told her she would need surgery and not put any weight on it. While waiting for this diagnosis and getting x-rays she needed to change rooms from the Exam room to the x-ray room and the nurse would not give any assistance and was very rude when she was asked to help. After the diagnosis and being told not to put any weight on the foot they still would not give her assistance to the lobby and then to the car, and they were even being ruder than before. The overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly and then some were very rude and unhelpful.

Based on the reviews I don’t know how this place is still open and I don’t know how anyone got a great service. I don’t know if it’s based on the type of customer they’re dealing with or if they have private insurance but I guess if you don’t, they give you the service they think you’re worth. After waiting for almost 2 hrs to be seen, the doctor, pa, or np or whatever she is was only in the room with my son for not even a solid 5 mins and he actually had flu. No bedside manners, never said exactly what was prescribed and how to take it and the possible side effects. Besides listening to his lungs and checking his ears, it was a complete waste of time. Plus, they prescribed medication he was allergic to when it was part of their questionnaire on the form but what medical provider does not

Do not go here!! Dr zachary sent me home saying nothing was wrong with me! brushed every single concern i had under the rug. Told me my lungs sounded amazing, i went to the ER immediately after because i knew something was wrong! i have PNEUMONIA!! The doctors at the hospital said it could have been a lot worse if i listened to that horrible doctor! she has no idea what she’s doing.

My experience was wonderful! The forms were short and easy to fill out which is nice when you aren’t feeling well. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The MA Melissa was super sweet and kind. Doctor Jones was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He was very helpful and even when the pharmacy didn’t have in stock the medication I called the office and they sent over a new medication almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. It’s easy to find off the street, parking was easy and convenient. I will absolutely be back!

Got there at 11:50 lobby full I asked The wait time they said 2hrs I said Ok I waited about 30 mins o asked if we can step out and the lady said yes just call us to see how far you are in line. I stepped out I called 12:36 they said ok there’s 10 people ahead of you about five or take an hour, I came back at 1:35 I asked How far we are in line they stated there was 9 people ahead, there for only one person was called within the past hour? I did not get called until 3:45.
