Excellent experience from start to finish. The VIP Health Clinic team is extremely professional, attentive, and well organized. The service was fast, clear, and very efficient, always delivered with courtesy and respect. I would like to highlight the care and attention of all the professionals who assisted us, Letícia, Sofia, and Sheila, always helpful, patient, and committed to providing the best possible service. The clinic is well structured, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the entire process was conducted with transparency and safety.

I am from Michigan visiting Orlando and developed symptoms of a UTI. I found VIP Health Clinic from a Google search near resort I was at. I called about 5:10pm , Francis answered phone , I explained my situation. Francis told me if I could get there by 5:30pm, I would be seen. I was greeted warmly and professionally. I quickly filled out paperwork and was seen by Dr. Urbina.. once again very professional and understanding of my situation. Confirmed my UTI and offered to provide me assistance with finding pharmacy nearby.. ever checking prices for me. I am very grateful to have found such a great place with such caring people.. I took my son for a physical, Dr Lucy Martinez was amazing, so caring and pleasant. She listened to all our concerns and explained everything to us very well. The entire staff from Vip Clinic was great. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience at VIP Clinic. Dr. Dadllany Castaneda took care of my kid. She was kind, thoughtful, and professional. She followed up with us, and made sure he was 100% recovered. I have been using the services of VIP Walk-In Clinic for almost two years, and my experience has always been excellent. The care is effective, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend it for families with children or people of any age, as I always feel safe with the doctors’ opinions and guidance. In addition to medical services, I also participate in the clinic’s weight loss program, which is very well-structured and truly effective. I also complete my children’s annual school physicals there, and it’s always a smooth and professional process.
