I been going there for a long time this new girl said to me sit down like I was a dog then she said to me come here I told her I'm not a dog after making me wait ther for 30 mins they told me I need my new ID card that did not have did I have a clue about new insurance cards for the year? But the ladies there know me and take me all the time anyways, she told me to wait again, stand your 15 minutes nobody came out so I told her I'm leaving I don't like being treated like a dog.

I had an outstanding PCP(Dr Nunez) at the beginning. Then, the quality of service worsened. The waiting time needs to be addressed.

WHILE I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. JUANA NODARSE I FIND IT REALLY ODD THAT NO ONE IN THE OFFICE SPEAKS ENGLISH. I FEEL THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ADVERTISED AS A SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY CLINIC. THIS IS THE ONE BY JOHN YOUNG. FROM CHECKING IN TO WORK UP EVEN THE VISIT WITH THE DR AND THE LAB WAS ALL SPANISH BASED AS WELL AS EVEN THE CONFIRMATION CALL - I RESPOND IN ENGLISH AND THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ME. YES I SPEAK SPANISH BUT MY PRIMARY LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH I UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESS MYSELF BETTER IN ENGLISH. THE WORK UP GIRL WAS REALLY NICE BUT WHEN I ASKED HER IF SHE SPOKE ENGLISH SHE RESPONDED AS IF I WAS INCONVENIENCING HER BY ASKING HER THAT. I WILL BE SWITCHING PROVIDERS BECAUSE OF THIS UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT IM BEING FULL UNDERSTOOD.

I've been coming to this doctor’s office for some time, and while the medical care itself is decent, the wait times are consistently frustrating. Even when I arrive early for my scheduled appointment, I often end up waiting 3 hours past my appointment time. It's disappointing to see how little value is placed on patients' time. If they could manage appointments better, it would greatly improve the overall experience. Until then, be prepared to wait, even if you're on time.

This place is terrible, I had to wait over 2 hours than my schedule time, and then on top of that, the people up front barely even speak English, I don’t understand how you can work in the u.s and not have someone speak at least basic English or good English and just expect us to be fluent spanish speakers
