I hadn't been getting regular dental care in years when a problem arose. The staff set aside my anxiety in a gentle and professional manner, explained things thoroughly, and I am happy with overcoming my nerves. I did have to go to their associated office Waterloo for a tooth extraction but I have a history of difficulty with this, so I felt this was reasonable. That office got me in within a week. Very satisfied with my experience and will continue to visit Dr. Horak regularly!
