I’m not sure why my review was deleted but everything I said was true. It makes me also think that many many many other negative reviews given about this place have also been removed! Beware that they incentivize their employees to write and have family and friends post positive reviews about this place. Here is a picture of my original review .

Wonderful staff and very clean facility. Excellent customer service in making patients feel welcomed and cared for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rehab place!

Choosing a nursing and rehab facility is such a big and stressful decision, but I am so grateful we found Vintage Faire Nursing & Rehab. Honestly, they are fantastic. When my dad needed skilled nursing and short-term rehab, the staff really delivered on their promise of compassionate care. They don't just go through the motions; the nurses and aides treated him with such dignity and respect. He genuinely felt comfortable, and they were always right there for his specific medical needs without us having to constantly chase them down. That peace of mind is priceless. And I have to give a huge shout-out to Kate, the Admissions Director! She was the first person we met, and she was absolutely amazing, guiding us through the whole overwhelming admissions process with such patience and clarity.

As a healthcare marketer who visits many facilities, I’m always impressed with the professionalism and warmth at Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehab. The staff are welcoming, responsive, and clearly dedicated to their residents’ care and comfort. Top notch facility, that I'd refer my own family too.
