Vineyard Care Center

I have been a resident for over three years now. I have noticed a vast improvement over the last year. I have felt the positive shift in staffs attitude. I love working out with my favorite RNA - Cesear. He is a ball of energy. I am blessed to have made a friend here. We love our bingo dates! We have one request, please add more bingo days. I gave 5 stars because of the cleanliness and orderliness that my room is kept and my roommates aren't that bad either. Thank you.

I have been here over a month. I came in with low spirits and fearful as to what it would be like in a nursing home. I can gladly say that It has been a blessing for my spirit and my physical care is Great! The food is good. I am happy to be here as long as I need to be. Therapy team has been awesome.Thank you to the staff for caring for me.

This facility is dirty and I’m sanitary. This has to be the worst facility ever. The staff does not care and it shows. They only check on their patients if it’s ordered by the Dr. My dad was bed riden and I would go see him and there were times he was almost off the bed. I asked a nurse one night “ don’t you guys even care” she just looked at me. That right there told me she didn’t. My dad didn’t eat unless we were there to help him because he said he didn’t want to bother them. I don’t know how many times we told them he couldn’t chew hard food, he couldn’t eat spicy and cheese made him sick and still they have it to him. He could only take Tylenol and would not listen. Be careful with your loved ones staying here.

This is the kind of garbage they feed to peoples family and friends. And giving salt packets to someone who can NOT have salt and then ADMITTING that they know the resident can’t have it when the issue is brought up. Ignoring people when they hit the call button or saying they will come back but wont be back for hours… Do better people. Not to mention the filthy interior of this place. Its just terrible all around. Check out the list of failed health inspections and fines this place has had before you send someone you love here…

I was here for rehab ,I recommend this place to all my friends ... I think this place deserves 5 stars because they have amazing CNAs and nurses ... I'm going to miss this place
