The Dental Hygienist who is an older lady, was extremely rough and careless with me during my teeth cleaning. It was like she was in such a big rush and just didn't care at all. She had her whole arm along with her body weight on top of my forehead while she was rushing through the process. I basically told her to stop, because she was hurting me, and she did NOT stop! She kept saying I'm almost done, I'm almost done! I had specks of blood on my lip, chin, and cheeks when she was finally finished. Smh. It's now late night, and all my teeth are aching and throbbing from how she rough handled me. I'm highly upset! I don't want that lady anywhere around me next time! I want everyone to know to make sure they request Dr. Kong. She is a good dentist.

Please be aware of this place. The “office manager” Sandy scheduled a tooth extraction over the phone with me and as common practice reviewed name, address and phone number. We (wife and I) show up today and she says “we called you last week and cancelled, we don’t do extractions on Tuesdays.” Mind you, last week I called and reconfirmed! I was very aware of it being done twice before so I paid close attention this time around. They “cancel” and bill your insurance as a no show. Another two days of work lost on my end and am still in pain. I requested a copy of my records which was 6 pages being held in her hand and she refused. She wouldn’t even provide me a records release form. She screamed in front of patients 5x in a hostile and unprofessional manner “come back here and make

Horrible experience! My mom was there for a deep clean, which she needed anesthesia for, the anesthesia didn’t seem to help and she could still feel pain. After letting the hygienist know multiple times that it was hurting her the hygienist told her she was crazy! My mom sat through the whole process in pain. I usually come with her to her appointment because she does not speak fluent English and the one day I am not there with her they completely neglected her. They should be shamed ! I believe the hygienist name was Sandy. I personally called the front desk to ask who serviced her.

Dr Kong is amazing. You can tell she is very skilled and precise as she works efficiently and with precision. I had a filling done and it was a perfect fit after the first application. She barely had to do anything after the bonding. The front desk girls are very nice and pleasant as well. Overall A+ experience

I'm in need of a root canal as the dentist evaluated me and told me I needed one but unfortunately they will not write me a referral to anyone except for the one that they choose I should be able to go and get my root canal done from whoever I want Healthcare is a choice. I don't actually live in Vineland but I decided to go back to Vineland Dental Arts because I liked them in the past I actually wA a paitent on and off for over 2 decades. I live over an hour away there should be no reason why I can't pick who I want to pick and you write a referral even if it doesn't have the doctor's name you just write me a general referral but they will not which I find really odd. I'd like to get my root canal done locally as its my body and should always be my choice!! I will be looking for another d
