I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to share my experience. We arrived and the office was packed. Our appointment was at 2:50 and we were not seen until 3:45. We were new patients, and when Dr. Giannelli entered the room he did not even introduce himself or ask my child's name. He asked about the presenting issue and was in and out in 5 minutes. No time to ask questions or follow up. My child did not feel well after the procedure, but he did not stay to check in or follow up. It felt like he was checking a box with this appointment. Also, there was no soap in the hallway bathroom. The front desk staff was kind enough to let me use a staff bathroom, but still this is generally unhygienic and bad practice.

This office is ok however when you need a refill , you can never get hold of anyone. I have been calling for two weeks and have emailed and no one is returning my calls or replying to my email. What’s the point of having a doctor that won’t even reply to a prescription refill?

The office staff are courteous and friendly. They started the visit on a positive note. My wait time was brief. Dr Giannelli and his medical assistant were thorough, kind, and professional. I recommend this practitioner and his team without reservation.

Dr. Vincenzo is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Dr Giannelli is prompt and professional. He and his staff are patient answering questions. I appreciate that he provides information for getting lower prices for these high cost prescriptions.
