Vincent Nguyen M.D. | Kaiser Permanente

Took my daughter to urgent care for extreme abdominal pain. Dr. Nguyen ( I don't know if I should call him a doctor) stood five feet from her like she has cooties and he'll catch it. DID NOT examine her at all. From five feet away he told her you have IBS. My daughter kept on complaining that her stomach hurts a lot and it feels like it's on fire, but he ignored it. He said it's nothing. We came home, in the middle of night she was in excruciating pain so I took her to emergency room, the doctor in ER Diagnosed her with some stomach infection and put her on antibiotics and gave her morphine IV push to ease the pain. Dr. Nguyen is not only a pathetic excuse for a doctor but he is also very arrogant. Never again will by going to Tysons CDU. Not renewing my insurance with Kaiser again. Awful

Dr. Nguyen didn’t even examine my baby when I took her in. Instead, he asked me “where I thought she should get x-rayed”. He then spoke to me in a condescending tone when I suggested there might be something wrong with her arm that wasn’t a break, to which he said “well there are no diseases that come from the arm”. Dismissed us with nothing more than a “give her some Tylenol”. The next day, I took her back to a different doctor after she screamed and cried in pain all night, where she was finally diagnosed with a dislocated elbow. My ONE YEAR OLD child suffered for 24 extra hours because he couldn’t be bothered to believe she was in pain. To make it worse, the nurse in the urgent care wrapped her wrist too tight, after being asked if it was too tight and she said it was fine, until I NOTI

I went to dr. Nguyen and he was the best doctor I have been to since his father retired. He thoroughly examined me and the treatment he recommended worked and I have never felt better. Over all I had a very good experience. Also someone said he thought girls had cooties which is totally untrue (I’m a girl btw)

This place is absolutely stellar. Vincent Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever seen. Idk what girl said she has cooties but that is absolutely false. I have never seen him make any mistakes and he is just perfect. Ps I am Vincent Nguyens father 👹

This doctor is an absolute joke. Our daughter went to urgent care for a persistently high fever and nothing was done. A physical exam and she was sent home. There was no regard for the concerns we had about what we believed she could have.
