Dr Vincent has been my doctor since I was a very young child except for a few years I had moved out of state. Recently I was in the hospital due to my eye being swollen shut. We are not sure why it happened. Just woke up that way one morning. When I was released from the hospital the swelling had gone down to when could atleast see out it. However the hospital wanted me to see my eye doctor. So I made an appointment when I went in and was asked about my different diagnosis I had I told him I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung and bone cancer and was a full blown dialysis patient. He did NOT even exam my eyes that now are both swelling and are causing headaches. He claims it’s be cause I needed to go to dialysis. Ok I knew I didn’t that there is more going on. As suspected I didn’t

I love Dr Vincent and the ladies in the back and the one who ordered my glasses but the older lady at front desk seems very racist and rude. She did not speak or say good morning to any ppl of color but I sat back and observed and she definitely was greeting and saying good morning to the Caucasians. She needs to be replaced . If you are the first person ppl see , u need to be friendly and more inviting .

The worst experience of my life at this place I was verbally attacked by Md Joseph C. Thompson. He’s the most ignorant doctor I’ve ever dealt with in my life . He’s very rude and is not friendly at all . My family and I won’t be returning , I was so uncomfortable All in all the ladies at the front desk were pretty decent and welcoming.

By far the best Optometrist (Dr.Vincent) & Ophthalmologist (Dr.Thompson) on the Westbank. This office also accepts most if not all Medicaid and Medicare insurance. They have an excellent selection on frames. The entire staff is very professional and polite. The Opticians (Jezel & Veronica) is very knowledgeable about all current lens features and options.

Great staff. My doctor Dr Vincent was great along with the frame dept. Thanks y'all!
