Vincent has been my monthly go to for about a year. He is beyond intuitive and extremely knowledgeable. He addresses all I bring as a competitive Olympic weightlifter that doesn’t rest. His ability to use cupping, scraping, and handwork addresses all parts of my body. He creates a safe, supportive trauma informed environment that excels your desired outcome. He’s highly intuitive, experienced, and goes really deep in the body, working on areas that I’ve never had a massage therapist work on before.
