Nice people. The owner, Bonnie and staff all so efficent, caring. Love the gifts and candy. They work with your Dr. to make sure you are not without pills. I know there are a lot of seniors who use optimum RX and get them through the mail. But we like the personal touch from a small local business. We have used them for over 38 years when we first moved to the area. We have been loyal customers from way back and they have our loyalty. Glad to see Riteaid go. They overprescribed my husband heart medication that could have killed them. Because they claim they couldn't read the doctor's handwriting. Prescriptions always ready. Comfortable atmosphere, well versed pharmacists and they actually have homemade chocolate and candies-a rarity these days!

I love Village Shires pharmacy. I am always greeted by name and with a smile and everything is done to make sure I have what I need. They go above and beyond to make you feel special and get you what you need. I always feel happy when leaving the pharmacy and every time I go home to tell my family how nice my pharmacist is! I could not have been treated better during the pandemic and always! Thank you!

I know I am in the minority here, and have been using this pharmacy for almost 30 years, but today I have not experienced quality service at all. I came in for a regular flu shot, waited for a while without being told why, then was told I would have to pay for the flu shot, and when I asked additional questions, was met with nothing but annoyance from the pharmacist.
