Village Rx

Tom and the people who work at Village RX remind me of what we use to expect from our Pharmacy. When you walk-in you’re greeted with a smile and kind welcoming words. I’m sure they know most if not all of their customers first names. They are attentive, helpful and take the time to answer questions and make sure when you leave all of your questions have been answered. The best compliment I can give Tom and his team is that I drive 15+ miles and pass no less than a dozen pharmacies each month to pick up medication that I could get from all of the stores I pass. Village RX is a throwback to what was once common in retail pharmacy, kind, helpful people who treat their customers like family.

I wish I could score Village Rx a 10 stars. When I say this is the nicest pharmacy I have ever interacted with. From the Pharmacist, pharmacy techs and the counter help AMAZING customer service help. I am so thankful a friend told me about this pharmacy. If you need a caring , thoughtful pharmacy then this is it.

I can say with the utmost confidence, if this pharmacy and the people who work there were not the best at what they do and have the compassion they have, I would not be as emotionally, mentally, and physically strong as I am today. They go above and beyond what anyone can expect. Their kindness and their dedication to their jobs puts them above any other pharmacy I have ever known. They are always on time and swift with refills and new medications. They care so full heartedly they know me by name and have given me peace of mind knowing my medical condition, my health, and my prescriptions.
