First time picking up my RX, but I was amazed how structured it was, and great staff

Went here for years and for the most part people were nice. I did however have a bad experience here no long ago. I brought in a prescription after a few minutes I was told it didn't go thru the insurance. It was a Friday evening so I asked if I could get one till it went thru the insurance company. I was given one. Then I guess they didn't get it thru insurance. All the sudden I started recieving bills with intrest for the one they gave me it was 50 bucks. If feEl I should have been told hey if it doesn't go thru the insurance company you will pay 50 bucks for 1 pill. I wasn't told that. Then after a few months I was jumped on at the window I won't say his name. He scolded me like I was his stepson or something. The way he acted there was no room or reason to even explain. I just thought

Dropped my paper prescription off. They had overnight to prepare it. Come back paid for 30 pills n got 10 n an i owe you and went back to the get the rest n they have no record that tgey only gave 10 pills

This is a small Pharmacy in our small town but I love it they have what you need I picked up my prescription I even went there on a rainy day through their drive-thru and picked up my prescription and was so easy so convenient thank you

Everyone at this pharmacy has been awesome kind caring and very understanding of the multiple questions I've had on different medications for my mother
