If you live in Fairfield County and are looking for a pediatrician I highly recommend Village Pediatrics! My three-year-old has been a patient at Village Pediatrics seeing primarily Dr. Nikki since he was born. We have had the best experience with Dr. Nikki who is the perfect blend of professional and approachable. Our son has had consistently excellent care from Dr. Nikki, the nurses and other providers. We have never had an issue making appointments and visits never feel rushed where the providers always are thorough and thoughtful in their care. Most recently, my son has dealt with having RSV and flu back to back the same month his little brother was born. With a newborn at home, we were very anxious about exposing him to any illness. All five of my children have been with Dr Nikki for 27 years the quality of the care ithe friendliness cleanliness of the office along with the staff actually knowing you and I can not forget the favorite office dog … Dr Bill …. My son is in the military when he was able to get leave and come visit with his children they were sick and Dr. Nicki immediately made time for them on her schedule.. I would highly recommend!!! 2 generations of quality care 💕

We really appreciate this practice and all they are doing for our kids. We don’t need much as I have t/weens now (thank god we aren’t doing to doctor office shuffle like we used to!)—but the office staff are amazing in getting our old records and have been incredibly accommodating for us. The doctors are all fantastic and I appreciate everyone here. Keep up the good great work and thanks for making it a pleasant experience.

Dr. Mcdonald is incredible. She’s been a trusted and caring guide for our family through complex medical/ developmental challenges. She is thorough, highly knowledgeable, up to date in her recommendations, and generous with her time when helping navigate insurance and specialists. She is wonderful with our kids, so kind and always providing an example for how doctors and adults should treat them with respect for their bodies and autotomy. We feel so lucky we found her. Village is great. The office is very nice. The staff is great. Super responsive. Everyone is on top of portal messages. I never have to wait long for call backs and answers.

We transferred to Village after our practice in Norwalk closed 3 years ago. I couldn’t be happier with the switch and we were lucky enough to be able to follow our doctor, Dr. Stephen Grevious to Village! They are always able to squeeze us in for last minute sick visits, the patient portal is the best and fastest way to communicate with the doctors as well as the staff for scheduling, medication refills and more. Crystal & Evelyn at the front desk always greet us by name and ask how we’re doing. The managers, Genna and Sam are always there to help with whatever we may need and the medical staff are so great with my 3 rambunctious kids I know they’re in the best hands. Thank you Village for taking care of my wild bunch and making keeping them healthy easier than ever!
