Nice people but zero ability to execute anything other than an appointment scheduled months out. Called first thing in the morning and was told I would be contacted by a nurse to help me with a third infection. Pretty basic stuff all I need is a prescription. I called them back and they said that multiple people have looked at my record, but no one has acted upon it. I asked if that was normal and they said yes this place is always backed up. I will be finding a different place.

Amazing staff and office crew. Office staff is very helpful and friendly! Calls are returned promptly & referrals are seamless. My Dr. Alison Akers is wonderful. She is very attentive & never makes me feel like my appointments are rushed. Would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Ashley Dunn (ENT) is fantastic. For a year I had been treated ineffectively for asthma by a specialized clinic on asthma. Within 5 minutes she was able to tell me that I indeed did not have asthma based on when my wheeze was heard. She scoped my trachea and found a serious blockage, sent me immediately to the best surgeon at UCLA. I can breathe again!

I highly recommend Dr Brandy Hogg-Duncan. My first and only Pap smear was 10 years ago. It was extremely painful and traumatized me from doing another. But after so long, I had to get one. Dr. Brandy was so sweet, she asked for consent every step of the way and explained everything that she was doing. And there was no pain! Like none at all. A slight pressure but that was it. She was also one of the only doctors that I felt like she genuinely listened and cared about what I was saying. I wasn’t just another name to get through but an actual patient that she cared about. I was on the verge of tears when I walked in but left feeling comfortable and at peace. Her staff was also incredibly sweet, well mannered and friendly.

Dr. Beckmen is caring, attentive and easy to communicate with. Casey, his PA is an amazing woman!
