Village Family Dental- Frenectomy Clinic

My daughter’s dentist has always been so kind and educational. However, the receptionist’s has given me several issues with scheduling. They have called and cancelled an appointment and given me different times for a scheduled appointment and then said something differently when I called to confirm the day of. I was told last month an appointment that was scheduled back in July for January was not in the system anymore. Then I was told to schedule another day for her cleaning and the earliest was February. I was even given an appointment card. I was told today that the appointment made last month was not in the system, and the January appointment was even though I was told last month it wasn’t.

Please don’t see Dr. Rebel, he was so harsh and told me to forcefully clean my son’s teeth. My son has special needs and that would be traumatic for him. He’s finally brushing his teeth on his on about every other day, he won’t let me help. Thank goodness they put selents on his teeth under anesthesia. The rest of the staff is amazing, I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for Dr. Rebel. They help me get my son in and out of the building and go back to a room right away to manage behaviors. If your child has special needs this is the place to go, just don’t schedule with the Doctor I mentioned.

What a great experience my children and I had here. Would highly recommend, ARI is the truth & has such a sweet vibe to her. She knows her stuff and was excellent at explaining things to us. Dr. Mohammadu is amazing as well. I look forward to my children having their dentistry work done here with this great group of staff. I don’t remember the new office manager name but she’s amazing as well. Great staff, & again if you get to meet Ari she is amazing & caring. Thanks again for such a wonderful dental experience!

Dr Guy has such a positive vibrant personality. Definitely helps the overall experience as someone who is on the more anxious side. Very thorough and informative and one of the only doctors where I didn’t feel like she’s in a rush to get out of the room. Overall everyone who works in the office alongside her are also very friendly !

I am very unsatisfied with the service my kids gotten from this dentist office. Dr. Ravel only cleaned my 7 &10 yrs son teeth with a toothbrush and called it a cleaning. Dr. Ravel also told my 7yr old son he was not brave enough for a big boy cleaning. My 12 year old was able to get a regular cleaning the day before although protocol was 12 and under see a pediatric dentist first. I spoke with manager Maria and she stated it will be billed as a cleaning. I now have to take them elsewhere to get the proper cleaning they should have gotten. I’m now concerned I will not be able to take my kids to another dentist to get the proper cleaning this year due to insurance. This is very upsetting. DON’T SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!
