Village Dental at Saxony

Brittany Hessman did an amazing job! She was extremely thorough and explained everything very well to me. She was extremely gentle and made me feel very comfortable since I hadn’t had a cleaning in a while! The dentist Louis that came in after was great. They have an orthodontist upstairs they work with in case you any of those needs! Thank you everyone!

Went to Village Dental for the first time! Not proud of the condition of my teeth, lots of anxiety, and hesitation to go but knew I needed to go and get things started! So impressed with the visit-from the ones on the phone, to the nurse, and the dentist!! Not sure my anxiety will completely disappear before my next visit, but feel comfortable and know I will be treated well!! THANK YOU!!

Wonderful first time experience. Everyone from the front desk, Dr Whitman, and the techs & hygienists Tricia, Shelby, and Amy were very warm and personable, imcluding the check-out process. I felt very comfortable during my entire visit and was treated like family.

I would not give even one star if it were possible, but due to Google’s policy, I am required to select at least one. Very disappointed with our recent experience. While we fully understand and respect office policies regarding late arrivals, there is absolutely no justification for speaking to patients in a rude or disrespectful manner. Policies can and should be enforced professionally. The tone and attitude we encountered from the front desk were unnecessarily harsh and unkind. Being ten minutes late does not warrant being treated with impatience or hostility. Professionalism and courtesy are basic expectations in any healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this experience led us to cancel all of our appointments and seek care with a dental office that values respectful communication and

Our whole family has been going to Village Dental at Saxony for 5 years now. We have use the dentistry services as well as orthodontics services. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We especially love the attentiveness and kindness of Dr. Carol in pediatrics. We highly recommend this dental office!!
