Villa at Pine Place

We had a wonderful experience with Villa at Pine Place in Clarkston, MI. The staff truly cared for my mom and made sure she was comfortable, safe, and well taken care of every day. They were attentive, kind, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way they could. It gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. I’m very grateful for the compassion and support they showed, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

My grandmother stayed here for a few years. She always liked the staff and they were always nice to us when we visited. The admission director is the best!

If I could give this place a negative Stars I would I would not put my dying dog there the smell of urine came at my face as soon as I hit the door. When taken to my room my blankets had urine stains all over them they did not have any of my medication didn't know when they would get it. They said they would get me dinner they brought me a plate which looked like dog food and did not smell any better your family members should not be left here they are being abused not taken care of I am a CNA myself and I could never work in a place like this even worse have a family member that has been taken care of in this horrible place. Please avoid at all cost. This place should be closed down. I can't express how dirty the bathrooms are the rooms are everything the smell will look from the moment y

I'd like to say my wife was there back in 2024 for rehabilitation for and amputation of her right leg and was doing OK but some of the aides and nurses were very slow at helping her get cleaned up to where several times I did it myself so she didn't have to lay there in it also she did end up passing away there in September of last year they said she was sitting and waving hi but when I got thereunder was able to see her there was no way she was up and waving because the left side of her face was purple and that's from going in her sleep that's the side she slept on .only a few nurses were on top of thing when she was there.

Do NOT send your loved one here. They take care of the patients very minimal. You put your trust in a place like this thinking they will take care of your loved ones and they will be safe and this place did not do any of that. My parent lost so much weight while being here. And I’m talking a ridiculous amount. Before they came here they were doing great and on the road to recovery. Unfortunately after being here went down hill from their lack of service and passed away. If I would have known what I know I would have never taken them there. I will say they contact you quickly when you leave a bad review though. One of the worst regrets I have was bringing my parent here.
