I am writing this review after a very serious and frightening experience involving my father. We sought care from this physician, but his condition was not properly recognized or managed. Shortly afterward, we had to rush to the emergency room, where doctors informed us that his condition had already become severe. This situation could have led to much more serious consequences. As a family member, it was devastating to learn that earlier intervention might have made a difference. I take full responsibility for what I am saying here. I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate medical boards and insurance providers to ensure this situation is reviewed thoroughly. This review is a warning!!!!!Learn from my mistake and avoid this place. I made appointment for my mom. Upon arrival, the staff claimed they could not find their insurance information—a recurring issue I've since noticed in other reviews.When my mom tried to fix it, the staff was unhelpful and a female employee actually yelled at co worker "Just let them go!". She was rude to all the patients, not just my parents. No one deserves this kind of treatment. The environment was hostile and unprofessional, leaving my mother scared. I'm just relieved my mother never ended up getting treated here. They have zero respect for patients. Do not waste your time or risk your peace of mind here.

Worst doctor experience of my life. He asked what was wrong and immediately began interrupting me, talking over me when I was giving answers to the questions he asked, and even arguing with me. He was rude and dismissive and clearly wanted me out of the room as quickly as possible. I had a lot of concerns but he spent about 5 minutes in the room with me and I barely got a word in. Ive been to tons of doctors in my life and Im perfectly fine with doctors who don’t like a lot of talking and just get to business but this experience was much worse than that. Absolutely horrible. If he is designated as your PCP you should request to have your insurance assign you another one.

The worst medical experience of my life. The doctor is completely indifferent to patients — no examination, no tests, ignoring all listed health problems. Assistants are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received my referrals. Terrible service and total disregard. SHARP Insurance shows the same irresponsibility. How can such a ‘medical’ facility be allowed to operate? I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

Gave the receptionists all my information, insurance cards, social security number and still couldn’t find my insurance “Vivian the receptionist came in the room screaming “She couldn’t find NOTHING” I had to ask her to keep her voice down and I would make some phone calls Basically I had to do her job for her, So I ended up leaving
