Vidor Family Pharmacy

Very friendly staff. They always stay in contact with you if there is any issue and they also have text alerts when your medication is ready. The staff are very knowledgeable. They also have UPS drop off.

I just started using this pharmacy and they are wonderful. They had to order one of my medicines but still gave me some til it comes in. Very nice and helpful. They care unlike these big pharmacies.

The drive thru person is so rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I questioned the price of my meds, it was double. Then she made fun of me with a coworker and they had a good laugh. I recently had major spine surgery and was unable to go inside, I did report her, but I feel like it won't be addressed.

It is a shame that Family Pharmacy does not offer GoodRx discounts in order to help low-income families without insurance. It is a worse shame that Family Pharmacy does not support the military, as they do not accept the insurances that provide veterans with some relief. Family Pharmacy is .8 miles from my house, but I have to travel 30 minutes to fill a prescription. I imagine there are others that travel much further. I just received the following response: We don’t offer GoodRx because they charge us $5.00 to tell us a price to charge, and pay us nothing. Unfortunately we are not offered the opportunity to join all the ChampVA and Tricare networks. If you know how we can be added to those networks please let us know.
