Vidal Dental Associates- Teaneck

Dr Vero is a great dentist, and has done a lot of dental work for my mom, but the nursing staff is very rude. One of the nurses talks to other nurses behind my moms back, but doesn’t do a great job of keeping it quiet or being subtle. It’s been weeks of this and it’s hard enough for her to go to the dentist, but when she knows she’s going and will have to face a bully from one of the staff, it makes it ten times more stressful. My mom doesn’t want to say anything and just deals with it, but I thought people should know as it’s extremely unprofessional. I hope this changes.

Dr Vero has saved my life over and over again. He’s an expert at everything - from fixing my cavities, to getting me the best looking crowns, to even helping me out with my canker sores. The staff at the office are also extremely nice to work with- they remember you and they will really help you out when they sense your urgency. I stopped going there for a few years bcz I had moved out of NJ but after some very unfortunate experiences, I came back here as an emergency bcz Dr Vero is the one dentist that I trust 100% - and now I travel explicitly from NYC to see Dr. Vero. He’s a dentist who really enjoys what he does and cares about his patients. He also takes the time to explain the steps of his procedures in a way that patient will understand and feel comfortable. There are many positive things to say about Dr Vero and his practice: he has enormous knowledge; he is continually improving this knowledge through his participation in conferences, research and teaching; he takes a personal interest in you and your goals. But what has always stood out for me is that he cares about his patients. I’ll come into the office, and he’ll say something like , well, I was thinking of you last week and I understand that you feel ... so I’ve come up with several different ways for us to get you to your goals. Dr. Vero is an amazing, caring and compassionate dentist with a fabulous office staff. He stays current with the latest research and technology which makes his care even better as the years go by. We are a 3 generation family as he has treated my mother, my husband and me, and children.

My experience with Dr. Vero was an excellent one. I first went to Dr. Vero when I had a filling fall out. Dr. Vero saw me the very next day. He mentioned other concerns and explained them in detail and the most cost-effective way to correct my issues. It is refreshing to see a Dr. who has had decades of experience still explain things with the enthusiasm of someone who just started practicing. Dr. Vero is not old school. He is up to date with the most modern equipment in dentistry. Example; I had two fillings replaced thus far with Dr. Vero. Novocaine was not needed; there was minimal pain if any at all. Dr. Vero explained that he uses lasers to destroy decay underneath the filling as opposed to the older methods that many dentists still use. I left his office under an hour a
