Victorian Care Medical Center

I was very fond of going to see the doc but these days I don't know what's going on with that office. Maybe its time for a change. I call for an appointment I'm on hold 5 minutes then they want you to leave a message. I did that...no phone call return I hung up and call right back and get the same message. I had to cancel an appointment because I fell and now...cannot seem to get another one. Times is changing and so are people but never expect you Doctor's office since you been with them for years. By reading the reviews it make sense why they have low ratings. Well since time and people are changing its time for me to change.

Doctor Vicky Anakwenze is fantastic. Old school doctor that dedicates time and patience to really listen to the patients and consultation is always very complete to ensure nothing is left behind and always offering the best treatments. I'm glad to trust my health on her hands. I'm switching my review from 5 stars to 1 star for the following reasons: 1) Doctor Vicky Anakwenze is an EXCELLENT doctor, the problem is the clinic lack of organization and staff. 2) staff is extremely rude on the phone, they act like they're doing us a favor instead of being paid for a service. 3) staff simply hangs the phone on you or they put you on hold forever. (Once I was literally on hold for 2 hours and then someone just picked the phone and hang up.) 4) the staff ignores urgent requests, for example, I'm

Wait time is approximately 2 hours after your scheduled appointment , they never answer phone . Dr did not give me all my diagnosis so I can get treatment . They have you make an appointment just to read results instead of letting you come pick up a copy . They stand and ignore you when you ask what’s taking so long . I’ve come here twice . Last time coming . lobby always full of patients no where to sit

Great clinic, nice staff, wonderful doctor (Dr. Vicki Anakwanze) but the staff never return phone calls or never call back for the telehealth medicine (phone call) appointments. I dont know if they forget, its too busy or what but health is very important and the only way to be referred to the right doctor is to speak with my primary care doctor. So please do better!

If you come here, please come with drinks and snacks because for sure you will be spending 3 hours to see the doctor and that's with appointment. Came in today for just results and still a 2 hour wait...SMFH 😤
