Victoria Shertel

Dr Shertel has been the PCP for both my wife and myself for little over 10 years. Over all of that, she has never missed a thing that's been wrong with us. I for years suffered from numerous health issues but lacked the time or the money. I was recommended to try Westside family healthcare which is where I met Dr Shertel. I met her in tears. I told her that I had a number of things that had/have wrong with me. She put a hand on my shoulder and told me not to worry: we're tackling one at a time. She is as good as her word. Not long after this, we picked off changes that were no longer of use to them. When I met her, she was in residency at Westside meaning that she could go elsewhere for more money. She stayed. Told us that she was pretty much our DR for life, and we are all better for it.

Dr Shertel is amazing. She listens to you thoroughly and acknowledges your concerns, responding with the best advice and answers. I will continue to recommend other people to her.

Dr. Shertel is amazing. She takes time to go through everything with you and will answer any questions or concerns thats you have. She is knowledgeable and id she doesnt have the answer right than, she will do her best to find out and gets back to you if she is able
