Dr Okungbowa is a good doctor his staff and answering service is the most unprofessional people I've ever seen i run out of medicine call in for more and get told they would send it in but don't then I have to suffer until my next appointment very very very unprofessional staff very disappointed 😞

Dr. O is great however his office staff, and answering service need some improvement. I've tried 4 times to get my mother's meds refilled, even went to the office and requested it be called in, and they still haven't called it. She's been out for over a week on one medicine and will soon be out of the other. DO BETTER FOR YOUR PATIENTS!!!

Dr. Okungbawa is an excellent doctor. He is the only doctor who helped me really get my hea lth issues under control and really encouraged me to keep going. His staff on the other hand is the sorriest bunch of people I've ever seen. His nurse staff has a serious problem with answering their phones and messages and filling prescriptions for patients. I don't know what their malfunction is, but if they are not about helping the patients they need to change professions. The financial department is a nightmare. They send you bills 6 months after the service the bill is for and cause you to be turned away if you can't pay a ridiculously high amount there and then. And of course you can never talk to this person because she's never there conveniently. Which brings me to the front office staff, w

I have been contacting the office since the end of June to resolve my son’s account. I spoke to Sharon once and have left her 5 messages since, with no return call or message. I have faxed in cc statement showing balance was paid in full. I wrote a letter with no response and emailed with no response. So frustrated that you can not talk to anyone that can assist, they transfer you to vm. I have made every effort to resolve this issue! Most unhelpful office I have ever dealt with and impossible to speak to anyone on the phone!

My son is a patient with Dr. Okungbowa, and loves talking with him about all things a young male should and physical health related. Its great to have a team of medical professionals you trust with your kids. Victoria Family gives quality care and great attention to their patients.
