I’ve had trouble with dentists until I started treatment with Dr.Anderson and her team at Vibrant. My initial cleaning was impressively thorough and immediately helped with some of my symptoms of gingivitis. During that appointment Dr.Anderson discussed a treatment plan that included a filling, another cleaning in three months instead of six and then a wisdom teeth extraction. I was taken to a private room to discuss costs and insurance as well as scheduling, which felt very professional and gave me all the information needed to feel comfortable with the plan. Dr. Anderson is the best, it is so great to see what an amazing practice she has built- the best technology, technique, knowledge, and dedication from her office and team make it an exceptional experience. Even during my cleanings with a dental hygienist I feel very safe and comfortable. They always make sure that I am feeling no pain or discomfort and I can tell that they are genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service and getting to know their patients along the way. Been going to this office with Dr. Humphries - newly Dr. Anderson. Both the hygienists are WONDERFUL. However, in my last appointment, I had to get a cavity filled. Dr. Anderson was running late and I shared that the typically numbing medicine had a strange impact on me so we had to use something different. Long story short - I ended up back in the chair 3 different times for the same filled cavity just to have to get it completely refilled. I will NOT be going back for a number of reasons but all of the technicians, hygienists, and office staff are great.

I had a 10:00 appointment and wasn't seen until 10:25. Oleta was very gracious. Why wasn't I scheduled for 10:15 or 10:30? I take it your patients time not important. Also, your feedback process is hideous. It has taken me 6 times to send this. Over all it comes across that your patients are not very important.
