I visited this provider due to lower back pain that I had been experiencing for months. During the appointment, I was prescribed pain medication and referred for an X-ray. After the imaging was completed, I received the report, but it contained complex medical terminology that was difficult to understand. I was expecting follow-up communication to explain the findings, discuss what might be causing the pain, and outline possible treatment options or next steps. Unfortunately, I did not receive any outreach or guidance after the results came in. Without clarification or a plan, I was left unsure how to move forward or how to effectively address my ongoing back pain.

Excellent patient rapport and clinical skills. I appreciate Dr. Gould and staff accomodations when attending to my health concerns.

This post is regarding my mother’s experience with Dr. Gould: I have had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Gould for several weeks. His staff contacted me the morning of my appointment to say that he doesn’t accept my insurance. That didn’t make sense because this appointment was scheduled through my insurance company, so I called back to inquire more. Then I learned that Dr. Gould saw my name on his schedule and decided the day of my appointment that he was not taking any new patients. That is fine if you are not taking new patients, but to make that decision the day of my appointment is Not Acceptable. This is not the caliber of doctor that I would want anyway. And for the staff to lie to say he doesn’t accept my insurance is even worse.

Dr. Gould and his team are exceptional. Dr. Gould is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also takes the time to listen and understand what you're saying. It’s the first medical office where I’ve felt comfortable and heard. The entire team is kind, professional, and supportive. Highly recommend!
