I have known Dr Daniel for over 20 years and she is an excellent provider. Even with the restrictions from insurance carriers she tries to provide as much time as possible. She loves her patients and you can tell by the way she interacts. I would highly recommend her.

This facility is not professional and not organized at all. I called on a Thursday morning to schedule an appointment but no one would pick up the phone. After calling several times in a row and no one being available to pick up the phone I decided to let a little time pass before attempting to call back. I was finally able to get someone on the phone at 11:30am. I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr Daniels only to be told by the woman who was answering the phone that to make an appointme I would have to receive a call back because there was only one person who had access to the scheduling system named Rita and she did not know where Rita was. I was also told that at this time Dr Daniels was not making appointments with new patients and that I would have to be seen by a nurse practi

I really thought I had found a diamond in the rough with Dr. Daniel; I was wrong! When I first started care in this practice, all was well. Dr. Daniel was competent enough and at least allowed me to advocate for my care. This however changed soon enough... I hav thyroid disease. Dr. Daniel waited too long to retest my thyroid labs and then I have been unable to get an appointment with her. Her front desk staff is horrible. They do not return phone calls (all medically related). This doctor was negligent in my care to the point that I had to seek care elsewhere so that I could not only get a refill on my medication but keep up to date with my lab work as is necessary for my condition. They deleted my patient portal and are acting like it's an act of congress to get my records!! I will NEVE

I've been a patient at Vibrance with Dr. Daniel for 16 years and this year has been very difficult! There were issues with billing and I was told I couldn't been seen unless the bill was paid. Well I did and in the portal it says balance 0. My appointment was scheduled for April. When I get there I was told I had a balance due. I said no I don't. She brings out a bill saying these were copay from 2021 and 2022. Long story I couldn't be seen again! For the past month I've been trying to get a copy of a bill that's not in the portal. When I asked for a copy they were going to email it to me. STILL have not received it. I've left messages and still no return calls. I sent an email from the portal and today makes a month and still no response. In all 16 years of being a patient this h

My husband and I both love Dr. Daniel. She treats us as a more than just patients. Shes encourages wellness and prevention rather than just prescribing loads of medication. We are glad that we have a provider we both look forward to visiting.
