VHC Health Gastroenterology - Tysons

I called 2 months prior to see if they excepted my insurance they said yes then scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment they call me telling me they don't except my insurance... mind you after rectal bleeding and not being able to get appointment anywhere else earlier than the date I scheduled. Now I probably gotta wait another couple months when this could of been resolved during the first call. For being an office with patients with serious conditions that was honestly the worst iv experienced in 40 years as far as communicating and problem solving. How could they call me the day of and tell me 2 months later that my appointment is cancelled is very unprofessionnel. I'm not ever dealing with this office again even if I could it could be a life or death situation and got them
