VG's Pharmacy

Great pharmacy. They always takes the time to explain my meds. Friendly staff and quick service

After getting treated rather poorly from Meijer Pharmacy (every phone interaction they were short and rude) I decided to switch to VG's after hearing good things about the pharmacy and staff. My experience yesterday was nothing short of wonderful. From the lady that answered the phone and answered all my questions (she never once made me feel rushed or tried to push me off the phone) to the staff when i went in to pick up my meds were excellent! Friendly, nice, and helpful. I understand pharmacies are always super busy, but it doesn't hurt to spread a little kindness to patients even though you are overwhelmed with work. I will continue to fill my RX's through this pharmacy from now on! Thank you VG's staff for your kindness!

I don't know what's happened but the girls use to be so friendly, most of them are but I had a rude one this morning. I've been going to Vgs Pharmacy for years just because the girls were so nice and helpful. But that seems to be changing. Really disappointed!!

Always professional and great communication, extra care and attention to resolve any issues although I don't have the issues here that I did with the bigger chains (lack of stock or improper billing).

Vgs pharmacy is amazing. They always have scripts ready ASAP especially for my kids. Vgs don't play.
