Veterinary Treatment Facility

The VTF has taken care of our pets for years, from puppies and kittens through the last days of our seniors. The care is wonderful, and the doctors take the time to explain and educate along the way.

If I could recommend 0 stars I really would. The civilian staff is super unprofessional and unprepared. My wife and I get told a price and then it jumps up. It's a government shutdown and Soldiers still need to get their animals taken care of, but they're unwilling to work with you (after they hike up the price up at the desk.)

always amazing and deals with other vets mistakes and don't even bat an eyelash on things they are told. always willing to work with you on the things that matter most with your dog. I hope the new crew is just as exceptional after this group PCS.

They were awesome every time I brought my dogs in. The staff are sweet and knowledgeable. My only Con is that it is hard to get in contact with them! You may need to go straight there to inquire about information or to schedule an appointment.

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because some of the staff are actually really good however there is one of the staff members probably shouldn’t be dealing with animals since she can’t handle them like a person in her line of work should. After being told my dog was reactive towards strangers and kindly informing her not to try and pet him she went ahead and tried to pet him, and jumped off her seat after he tried to nip at her and she almost jumped off her chair. Again she was warned not to try to pet him. Now our other dog (who was seen the same day for shots) is very friendly and playful w humans and the other one although he is a sweetheart when he gets comfortable with someone he is still reactive towards humans due to previous veterinary staff related trauma that we are currently wo
