So thorough! Took actual time with my Girl! Found out things my former vet missed! Excellent care! The whole staff is exceptional!

My dog is dying and they asked me if I wanted to make an appointment to have him euthanized. I asked for something to keep him comfortable. They refused since its been 4 months since last appointment. My poor doggo is unable to even walk. They told me to find someone to lift my 100lb dog into my vehicle. Uncaring and only wants the money instead of the care for my ESA pet.

I have been taking my cat here for about 4 years. My recent experience has me looking for a new veterinarian. I brought a urine sample in for my cat because she had problems urinating. I was told there were crystals in her urine and she needed a prescription cat food for the next year. I asked for a copy of the prescription so I could look into the food and look into other options for purchase. The intake lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and argumentative with me. I was told I could absolutely not get a copy of the prescription per office policy solely because they had the food in stock. I asked for her to please verify this policy as I thought it was crazy they would diagnose my cat then outright tell me the only treatment plan HAD to be applied by them. Her answer was the
