I brought my puppy Sylvia in to VEG! I had once brought my bearded dragon in and I remember how great the experience was so I brought my 7 week old pug. I was greeted immediately and helped right away. Everyone here was very educated and I knew I could trust them with my pet. Despite how busy it got during the days, they were all a great team to work together and help one another. Everyone who works here shows they care about your pet and you. They really love their job and that’s exactly what you need ! I know for certain that if it wasn’t for them Sylvia would not have made it , they saved her . No matter what in the future , any emergency my pets have they will only be going here !

Last night I noticed my bird was not doing well, so I rushed him here. I am very pleased and thankful for the incredible teamwork this practice showed me during the visit. I was able to stay in the room with my bird the whole time and everything was thoroughly explained. I also want to give praise to Dr. Ortiz!! Very professional and empathetic during a stressful visit. I would definitely recommend this practice to bring your fur/feathered babies to! Thank you all again!

I literally cannot say enough about how amazing Dr Yang and his wonderful team of nurses and all the sweet staff here are. They have been giving Bunbuns the most incredible care - we've been coming to get treatment since Christmas Day and everyone here literally feels like family. The open concept is so amazing also - you get to stay with your furbaby the whole time and if you have to stay for a long time the staff will ensure you have somewhere to rest and even sleep if need be. The BEST veterinary hospital around - your furbabies are in such good hands here 💕

On February 11th, we made the 100+ mile drive to Veterinary Emergency Group in Anaheim to have our German Shepherd, Duke, evaluated — and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment my kids walked in, they were greeted with compassion and professionalism. Breanna helped us get pre-registered the night before, which made the process seamless. At the hospital, Holly and Jasmine took incredible care of Duke. They were kind, patient, empathetic, and truly made a stressful situation feel manageable. Duke was treated with so much love and attention, sent home with the medications he needed, and clear instructions for his recovery. He’s still limping a bit, but he’s well on his way and back to enjoying life. We are beyond grateful for the level of care and heart shown by the entire VEG Anaheim

24 hours ago I walked into their lobby. Prior to that, just before midnight, I brought my little buddy, Gordon, to a 24 hour vet near me. They wanted to take him to another room to check temp, heart, pulse, etc. animals are crying and whining from the back area. I’m ready to let go for his sake, he’s 20 years old and in advanced stages of kidney disease, but I didn’t want to hand him over - it didn’t feel right. His regular vet always does that stuff with him in the room and I didn’t feel comfortable letting him out of my sight. Luckily, a 20ish minute drive to Anaheim hills brought me to a compassionate vet who knows how to treat pets as well as owners. I called ahead and when we walked in were greeted. After I mentioned Gordon’s name she said, “you just called - we have a room for you.”
