We are so very thankful to Dr German and her amazing staff at Veterinary Emergency Clinic. Our sweet dog, Lucy, was struggling in the middle of the night, after delivering 6 puppies. Dr German saw her immediately, had her diagnosed as still pregnant within minutes, and performed a c-section within the hour—saving the life of our dog and two more babies Lucy wasn’t able to deliver on her own. Through it all, Dr German was kind, caring, and her staff has been just as wonderful throughout the entire experience. We are so grateful for each of you and strongly recommend this clinic for all pet owners in the area.

They were incredibly quick and helpful, the vets and tech in particular were so so kind and handled my baby boy with gentle hands and care. Unfortunately, most people and their furry family members aren’t having a very good day (or night in our case) if they need an emergency vet, and some will be having their worst or last. It’s always going to be difficult, especially when they have to ask the tough and inconvenient questions when all you want to do is hold your little buddy, so I understand some reviewers being not in the best place and upset with the entire situation. My beloved baby of 15 years Tiger suddenly fell ill on a Friday night. The care he received at this facility was amazing. My husband and I had to make the most difficult decision imaginable the following day. Dr Jones (Friday night), Dr German (Saturday) and all staff were amazing through the entire process and made us and our baby as comfortable as possible. We were able to spend as much time with Tiger as we needed without interruptions. This was the most heartbreaking experience imaginable but this clinic made it a lot easier. It has been a week without our baby and we are still healing, but I am finally able to leave this review. I received his after care items a couple days ago and a card signed by all staff yesterday. My husband has taken our female German shepherd here several times for acute pancreatitis/gastritis . My husband is currently deployed and u had to bring our male German shepherd in for an issue. The front desk immediately got us back to a room. There was a bit of a wait ( around 2 hours ) but I also heard other pet owners crying and having been in that side of and emergency vet before , I could empathize with it being one of the worst days for them. They do triage in order of how stable pets are . Fortunately my pups issue was non life threatening, just unable to get a vet visit at our regular vet until the end of the week. I’m giving 1 star because I need to write a review, if not I’d give 0. The worst pet hospital I’ve ever been to. The moment I walked in with my puppy they automatically accused me of giving him weed. My sister has her medical card & she gave me a ride to the hospital with my puppy, they smelled it on me & that’s all they kept diagnosing him with. I know for a fact he didn’t ingest anything of that sort!!!!!!!! It’s not mine or inside my home. I didn’t get approved for credit but I was willing to pay for meds for my baby. He was having multiple seizures back to back, they just sent me home & told me to try a regular vet the next morning assuring me he would be ok till then.
