Veterans Victory House

The ENTIRE staff at the Victory House are some of the most compassionate caregivers I’ve ever met. They treat all of their residents with dignity, patience and understanding. This can certainly be the beacon for all other long care facilities.

I had the opportunity to volunteer here and truly enjoyed myself! Not only did I get to put a smile on some faces but I had the honor to meet our true hero's of America!! I was enriched with history from the men and women whom I had the privilege to speak to. I will also remember this experience and hope others will get out there to volunteer. Along with meeting real time hero's they also have awesome memorabilia to look at while visiting. If you haven't yet go and check this place out to volunteer. Be sure to call the office before making plans to come to get permission to volunteer.

My uncle was there for 1 1/2 years. Compassionate staff. He recently passed away and the staff showed a lot of care during a very difficult time.

First of all the food isn't fit for a stray dog. My dad never got a drink with his food even after reporting it to admin. The food not eatable. Some of the staff and Chaplin were absolutely amazing. Some how ever were absolutely horrible my dad was mistreated once while I was there and was immediately reported. I witnessed others being mistreated and reported those as well. I know that a patient was chocked to death by another patient and I wasn't told until my father passed, I would not have left him in their care if I had known. There are a few good people there but the bad seeds are bad ! I believe some medical staff should be planted amoung employees to weed out the bad seeds. The mistreatment of our veterans disgusting me. My father was only there two weeks. I tried to tell them he

Our experience has been a good one. Wound care nurse is great! Nurses Tiffany and Shaquanda are attentive and caring . Hospice CNA Johnnie May is a stand out! Facility is clean and maintained. Thank you for taking care of the Veterans.
