Veterans Outpatient Clinic

Have been using this clinic for 5 years. The staff is friendly and attentive to their patients. Definitely sets the standard of care in my region. Not as much of a backlog of appointments as other offices too. Highly recommend this clinic for area Vets.

Very disappointed in RN’s disrespect to Veteran; kept coming in room, interrupting doctor/patient, violating that presumed confidentiality and privacy. Also, when time to check-out, unable to do so because staff was all gone. Had important paperwork that was supposed to go via guard mail to Privacy Officer (but now this will be included) but couldn’t because no one was there, and this RN wouldn’t assist Vet :(. Apparently this RN knew everything about everything except how to be courteous and accommodating. Come on! She knew how to check a patient out, etc... They forget they are privileged to work with Veterans, or even have a job. Suggestion? If you’re so miserable at your CBOC Vineland job, go elsewhere.
