Called the pharmacy customer care only to be transferred 3 times. First person I spoke with reassured me she was helping me, cold transferred me. The person who picked up didn’t even know why I was calling so I had to repeat everything again! Then she did the same thing which left me explain myself to a third person, a third time! Issue not resolved! At all! Get better, more knowledgeable customer care please. These people don’t know what they are doing at all.
I hope the VA will be able to help me before it is to late. I beg of U, please help us.
