The staff were awesome I thought my pup was a little sick but he ended up needing to be put down and they were gentle and real while helping me through the process and they were very understanding of my situation/feelings I’ll miss my boy but they gave me a paw print and I’m eating for his ashes thank you to those who helped me today

I would sincerely like to thank the entire staff at Versailles Vet Clinic for their most recent care of my 5 month old kitten, Grace. She became very sick and was throwing up and unable to eat or drink. The staff tried their best to get us into the office in a timely manner. The vet agreed to see us between her other appointments that day. All of the staff are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They certainly care for animals, and it shows. They were so good with my Gracie. I did not have to wait very long at all in the waiting area and was brought into a room almost immediately. The vet came in to see us within minutes. Had to go in to put our senior dog down. They were so nice and considerate. They treated our Sasha with care and love. Total difference than when Doc Jones was there. We've been using Lake Pet and will be coming back home to Versailles for our vet care.

Got charged for 2 office visits. Supposed to have been final puppy shot at rabies. Did not want to do rabies even though she was old enough. So I got kennel cough and puppy shot instead. Went back to just get rabies and 3 in one prescription. So first visit was 65.00 and two weeks later another 122.00. I was originally told 85.00 for rabies, puppy shot, and first health check. So I feel I overpaid a 65.00 office visit. Not sure if I will go back. Rabies and final puppy shot took almost 2 weeks of constant rubbing and massaging to get the knot at injection site worked out. Injections both went too deep into muscle. Then told not to spay until 8 to 9 months. I don't want the mess of her going into heat. Not sure how I feel about this.

Wonderful staff. My puppy loves going to the vet! Nice and calm environment.
