Vernon Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

I want everyone to know that the Vernon Rehabilitation and nursing center is the worst place to place a family member. If you do truly love the family member that is in need of health care, take them to a different place.because this place hace allowed residents to pass on do to neglect. I live here but am searching for a better place. But a homeless shelter would give you better care for your family member.

Don't let your family stay here. They let my mother about lay there and die. It was to be ten days & back home. She never got to come home. I never got medical records. She said she didn't have to so she wasn't going to send them. I you were here during covid 19 or a family member was pleas contact me please. Ty

The staff are good with clients, yet a physically healthy client falls, they call family member to advise and say the client is ok, when in fact the ER is across the street, and client had broken a bone. Large roaches. Clients have to ask for drinks or snacks, toilet paper, paper towels to dry hands, Kleenex, just not enough staff or don't do their job.

Extremely loyal and dedicated staff! It was really nice to see that there.
