Update from previous review as this office changed Dr. Unfortunately, it’s the same thing, unprofessional and dishonest practices. 0/5 stars! Beware!! The last time I interacted with this office August 8, 2024 in which the front office person sent an email saying how pleasant it was to talk to me, and indicated nothing but positive things. They then canceled the appointment the day before saying Medicare is still not set up. So then I wait and at the end of June this year 2025 I emailed them, asking if it’s set up yet and that I’m still in a lot of pain. Then a week later I received a letter in the mail saying I’m no longer allowed to be a patient here because of 3 made up encounters of me being “passive aggressive, disrespectful and abusive” to the staff. Important Notice for Out-of-Network Patients Please be aware of potential issues if you are receiving care out of network. I was informed that, due to my insurance provider being Aetna, I was required to pay the full cost upfront, as the office could not guarantee insurance reimbursement. I was also advised that once insurance payment was received, I would be reimbursed accordingly. My appointment took place on September 4, 2024.
