It was so easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nola at Verity Vision. We stopped in on a Friday to see if they were accepting new patients and were able to get in on Monday morning. The staff was very helpful and efficient and making sure we had our paper work completed and also verifying our insurance. At our appointment, everything ran on time and Dr. Nola was able to see us right away. The appointment was for my 2 year old daughter who is EXTREMELY shy and Dr. Nola made her feel comfortable and never pushed her to do anything...she also had lots of goodies to help ease her shyness. I would Highly recommend Dr. Nola at Verity Vision to my friends and family. She is very passionate about eye care and strives to give you the best. Dr. Nola did not disappoint! She was so patient and knowledgeable. I complained about dry eyes and she came up with a treatment method to help vs my others doctors just brushing it off. Theresa was also so so sweet and welcoming. They’re a great team and I am definitely recommending them to all my friends and family!

Dr. Nola was very welcoming and professional. Teresa was very welcoming right when you walk in made me feel immediately at ease. I have been to many different eye doctors and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Can't recommend this clinic enough!

Scheduling was so easy and fast. I appreciated how their office called to let us know where to go in the morning since our exam was scheduled outside mall opening hours! Which we were thankful for the heads up! Dr. Nola did such an amazing job on my eye exam and my daughter's! She did a well detailed exam and we did not feel rushed at all! Also, her patience with children is amazing.... You can definitely tell she cares about every patient individually and loves kids! Their customer service goes above and beyond! They also offered coloring pages and prizes for my both of my daughters which is well appreciated especially with having to wait in-between eye dilation! Dr. Nola is very personable and she explained every step that she was doing during my sons eye exam. The receptionist, Teresa, greeted us as we walked in with a smile and made us feel welcomed. They make sure to keep the patients safe by filling the guidelines during these trying times. We will definitely be returning!
