Ventura Urgent Care Center

I absolutely love this place anytime. Me or my children are not feeling good or something's wrong. This place is a one-stop shop. X-ray's test exams. All of it here and the staff has always been so kind in nurturing and their quick response type is amazing. I absolutely love the staff and the doctors. They might not always be the same. Doctor but they are always helpful. This team is awesome and I have a lot of children.So they have patience.Thank you guys so muchAbsolutely.

I had a really positive experience at Ventura urgent care. From the receptionist to the medical staff, everyone was kind, respectful, and professional. The facility was clean, organized, and we didn’t have to wait long at all, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The care felt genuine, and we were treated with courtesy every step of the way. I’m truly grateful for the entire team and would absolutely recommend this urgent care to others.

This experience was seamless. In and out within an hour. The staff was pleasant and professional. Luckily these visits a few and far between, but I was dreading the visit based on past experiences with another Urgent Care. However, I would highly recommend for non-emergent issues.

Booking an online e appointment has ZERO RELEVANCE! After waiting more than an hour after after my "scheduled" appt, I asked the front office staff how long it would be. She explained that everyone is a walk in and appointments dont matter. Now I am concerned that they are affiliated with an app (Solv) that has personal Information that I thought was needed to schedule an appt. The app also asked for payment Information which isn't used at or by the center. For busy folks, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. NO APPOINTMENTS AT THIS LOCATION.

I made an appointment online - which worked really well, with no wait time. After being taken to an office, I was asked about my symptoms in a very professional and sympathetic manner. Then, the doctor was very thorough. The x-ray results came in very quickly and the doctor was able to discuss with me the treatment I needed. Even then, he was so informative - explaining everything very clearly. A very positive experience. Thank you.
