Ventura Health and Rehabilitation Center

My husband and I were very impressed with the staff at Ventura. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. Someone would come and assist him with his bathroom needs always smiling, never making him feel uncomfortable. He had 3 meals each day and he could ask for an alternative. No one would refuse to offer an exchange. Meals were served in the dining room sitting with other people. My husband was at Ventura for about 2 months , making friends with other patients. He had PT, OT and Speech 5 days a week. The therapists working with him were always positive and encouraging. His speech has improved significantly so that people can now be understood. He is able to be discharged feeling confident that he is more mobile and wanting to continue making progress. Activities were offered eve

My mom’s stay at Ventura went very well. From admitting to social services to the aides, nurses and rehab. Their rehab staff were excellent. Social services went above and beyond taking care of appointments for mom and navigating everything for me. Thank you ALL for being so kind and helpful.

I have been in this industry in Palm Beach County for the last 25 years. I work with lots of nursing and rehab centers. I refered a couple of of my patients to Ventura recently, and I absolutely love the wonderful team that they created my patience were very happy And is doing well at home. I would definitely recommend love the partnership between my patients to Ventura.

This facility has helped my mother-in-law rehab after her hospital stay.She has received the physical exercise she has needed to walk again after having blood clot issues. She has regained strength and has made progress.The facility has been clean and well staffed and caring. The food has been good but I cannot make a five star review as there is still room fur improvement. There is a hair salon on the premises and activities daily.

We can’t rave enough about the exceptional service we received from virtually everyone who was part of the staff . They are friendly and accommodating and continually focused on our needs. The night and day staff went beyond what we expected. They are caring , supportive and attentive to their patients. The PT and OT was also excellent. The food is good and the kitchen staff accommodate your requests for specific foods. The place is clean and kept that way. Don’t hesitate to send a loved one here!!
