Good luck on getting a retun call or getting someone to answer the phone!!! I was referred for an MRI last November and the results came back giving me the okay to schedule the hernia surgery .. but I can't get anyone on the phone. I had a test done for nothing.. not to mention they used my health Insurance for this doctor visit after seeing the doctor less than 3 minutes. SMH.. it's frustrating.. well I guess I will use the results to find another location. Companies at some point will realize the importance of customer service. The people at the front is the face of the company and your name... stop being cheap and get quality individuals. Also, why am I having to call them..

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kakarla. He performed my partial colon resection and scar tissue removal surgery for Crohn’s disease, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as my surgeon. His expertise and skill were evident from the very beginning, but what truly stood out was his bedside manner. Dr. Kakarla was soft-spoken, detailed and professional. He excelled in laparoscopic/robotic surgeries. My recent hernia surgery was a complete success. My three small incisions have healed and there was no chronic pain or anything like that. I appreciate his excellent work and highly recommend him.

Dr. Kakarla was amazing from first appointment to last. He was patient with all of the questions I had. He explained in detail what my surgery would include and how my recovery would go. Would recommend him to family and friends if need be.

When I met Dr Kakarla, he attended and supervised my 4-day hospitalization at Northside Gwinnett related to a rough bout with diverticulitis. During this period, he explained my condition in plain language, reviewed my options without judgment or pressure, established a rapport by patiently listening to my questions, noting my concerns. Several months later I elected to surgically correct my condition with Dr Kakarla operating. He employed a minimally invasive robotic assisted procedure resulting in a short two-day post op hospitalization and nearly painless home recovery. Going into this experience, I shared my angst with Dr Kakarla. He listened, reassured and supported me. Not in a cookie cutter way, but with empathy and confidence that comes with experience and being at the top of game
