Every staff member there was so courteous and helpful. Check-in was so easy, the wait was not even 5 minutes and both the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were so nice. The Vein Tech was awesome. What a great experience and they gave me great news. All of my veins were open and pumping great. What a Peace of mind!

Every staff member I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My boyfriend had a procedure at this office for the 3rd time. First time he had to ask them to come inform me about his progress. The 2nd time they didn't come inform me. Now the 3rd time the same thing happened again. It only suppose to take 1 hour. He went back at 9, right now is 12:15. Nobody haven't said anything to me. He called me to tell me what going on. They are waiting for the supply they need to do the procedure. This office on 1st street in Winter Haven have very poor customer service. When it comes to informing the person who brought patient about what going on with the patient progress. And they know you brought the patient and stayed to the office. Something need to be done about this situation. The procedure didn't start until around 2:30.
